Device Classification

Device Type: Communication Interface Primary Users: Reality Investigation Division, Echo Research Division Operational Authority: ALR Initiative

Development

A.L.I.C.E. — Archivist Link Interface for Coordinated Exchange — is a communication device used by personnel within The Archive to coordinate research, exchange information, and access archived records.

The device was developed during the early operational period of the ALR Initiative. As the number of personnel working within the Archive increased, the need for a reliable method of communication and record access became essential. A.L.I.C.E. was introduced to provide a standardized interface through which investigators could coordinate their work and share research findings.

Function

A.L.I.C.E. serves several primary functions within The Archive:

  • communication between personnel
  • retrieval of archived research records
  • coordination of investigative reports
  • access to classification systems used by the ALR Initiative

Through this system, personnel are able to reference documentation related to the Reality Tier System (RTS), Reality Divergence Scale (RDS), Reality Collapse Classification (RCC), Echo Classification (EC), and Echo Stability Classification (ESC).

Operation

A.L.I.C.E. typically manifests as a handheld device carried by personnel during their work. The device provides access to the Archive’s information network and allows investigators to log observations during field investigations.

Notes

A.L.I.C.E. has become a standard tool used by personnel working within The Archive. Because of the vast scale of archived information maintained by the ALR Initiative, the device plays a critical role in allowing investigators to navigate and reference the Archive’s records efficiently.

A.L.I.C.E. is not sentient and functions solely as a communication and data retrieval interface.
